As president of FSC, Nick drives operational excellence, strategic direction, and high‑value solutions across diverse federal programs. His extensive agency partnerships and record of building effective, high‑impact teams continue to position him as a trusted leader in the federal contracting arena.

Dave Nimetz brings over 30 years of commercial and federal experience, with deep specialization in design development, preconstruction leadership, and early‑phase project strategy. Recognized for his solutions‑driven approach, Dave leverages a strong engineering background and extensive MEP expertise to guide scope, systems planning, and procurement. As leader of FSC’s Preconstruction efforts, he drives design clarity, cost certainty, and successful execution of complex federal projects.

With over 35 years of Federal service, Kyle “Booee” Kuhn is a proven leader as a retired Commander in the US Air Force as well as a federal contractor. His leadership supporting the 45th Space Wing, Pacific Air Forces, 8th Fighter Wing, and at NASA’s Cape Canaveral launch support allows him to drive the highest level of operational performance. A graduate from the Air Force Academy, with a master’s in systems management from USC, Kyle ensures project success at all levels with FSC.

Michael brings more than 30 years of experience in federal contracting and C-suite–level business leadership. He has led teams delivering numerous high-profile federal projects and is widely recognized for solving complex problems while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Michael served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division and later with the United Nations Command in Korea.

With over 20 years of professional DoD/federal contract experience in management, construction, operations, planning, strategy, and leading teams as a professional in federal QC, operations, Jared Simpson is experienced in critical military environments with “Q” and “SCI” government clearances, as well as annual clearance verification with The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Jared is essential to the success of FSC organization.
