Dave Nimetz brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial and federal sectors, specializing in preconstruction, design, and project implementation. Known for his innovative, solutions-driven approach, Dave combines a strong background in service and engineering with deep expertise in MEP systems, equipment selection, and procurement. As the leader of FSC’s Preconstruction efforts, he plays a critical role in shaping strategies and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

With over 30 years of Federal service, Dennis Dowrey provides leadership and expertise to guarantee that FSC employs the most effective operational strategies, ensuring the success of the military mission as we plan, direct, and support FSC projects. He focuses on establishing means and methods to complete the work efficiently and address the customer needs for long-term effectiveness, functionality, and flexibility.

With over 35 Years of Federal contracting experience globally, Charles Burlew is a proven leader in the MATOC, MRR, SATOC & MACC programs, partnering with the COE, VA, AFMSA, NAFVAC, and MEDCOM agencies. He drives operational performance from preconstruction through closeout. With his extensive experience leading Federal contracting organizations at the highest level, Charles is a critical element in the success of FSC.

With over 35 years of Federal service, Kyle “Booee” Kuhn is a proven leader as a retired Commander in the US Air Force as well as a federal contractor. His leadership supporting the 45th Space Wing, Pacific Air Forces, 8th Fighter Wing, and at NASA’s Cape Canaveral launch support allows him to drive the highest level of operational performance. A graduate from the Air Force Academy, with a master’s in systems management from USC, Kyle ensures project success at all levels with FSC.

Michael brings more than 30 years of experience in federal contracting and C-suite–level business leadership. He has led teams delivering numerous high-profile federal projects and is widely recognized for solving complex problems while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Michael served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division and later with the United Nations Command in Korea.

With over 14 years of national Federal contracting experience and a passion for federal work, Megan Chavarin provides a deep sense of purpose in supporting our military. She strives to provide the best processes, project services, and seamless implementation for every project. She focuses on the client’s mission and coordinates with everyone to ensure they are all pulling together, and the team succeeds.

With over 12 years of contracting, BIM services, construction management and technical support service experience, Aprecious Williams is an integral part of the FSC organization, providing project support, quality control, document management, productivity tracking, work plan development, and overall project leadership.

Nichole Johnson brings over 30 years of experience in Federal contracting, proposal development, and business management. Nichole possesses a deep and comprehensive understanding of federal operations at the highest levels. Her broad business acumen, combined with her expertise in project oversight, proposal strategy, and problem-solving, strengthens FSC’s ability to deliver results.

Riley brings over 30 years of federal contracting experience, leading teams and delivering a wide range of federal projects. Riley is a retired US Army Sergeant and Purple Heart recipient with an extensive background across multiple government contracting programs, providing him with a deep understanding of the complexities and compliance requirements of the federal market.

With over 20 years of professional DoD/federal contract experience in management, construction, operations, planning, strategy, and leading teams as a professional in federal QC, operations, Jared Simpson is experienced in critical military environments with “Q” and “SCI” government clearances, as well as annual clearance verification with The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Jared is essential to the success of FSC organization.

Victoria has 10 years of national and international experience in both private and federal contracting, along with bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Project Management, and an MBA.

Her well-rounded background includes federal, healthcare, tribal, and international contracting, making her a strong, solution-driven leader. As an Assistant Project Manager, Victoria merges her management, technological, and business acumen with real-world expertise in project oversight. Her success-driven attitude, desire to succeed, and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in supporting FSC’s continued growth and mission.

With over 40 years of commercial and federal estimating and project management experience, Don Enloe truly understands the design/build execution process. Don leads our estimating efforts as a seasoned builder with a deep understanding of the design/build construction processes, scheduling, procurement, and operational processes.

With over 25 years of healthcare administrative and management experience leading primary patient care teams, Nicole Bagnell brings a unique combination of critical care administrative services, vital document control, HIPPA accountability, federal compliance controls, and healthcare facility operational expertise to the team.
